We start with a conversation. Tell me what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and we’ll schedule your assessment.

Comprehensive Assessment
A thorough intake built around the Myofascial and Autonomic Performance Screen (MAPS). We look at your medical and injury history, current pains or tensions, lifestyle, stress and recovery patterns, nervous system function, and a complete movement screen. Everything that shapes how you move and feel.

Custom Program and Start Training
Based on your assessment, you receive a fully personalized program built and delivered through the PROPRIO app, so your training, progress, and programming are all in one place. From there, we train, check in regularly, and refresh your program every 4 to 5 weeks to keep progressions moving and results coming.
